Former USC star Reggie Bush received his Heisman Trophy back in April, and now he’s officially returned to the Heisman House too.
On Tuesday, Bush shared a video on his X account where he hangs a self-portrait beside 1987 winner Billy Sims. During his Heisman-winning season in 2005, Bush was incredibly impressive, rushing for 1,740 yards and scoring 16 touchdowns. He also caught 37 passes for 478 yards and two touchdowns and returned 28 kicks for 493 yards along with 18 punts for 179 yards and a touchdown.

In 2005, Bush was also honored as the AP College Football Player of the Year and received the Doak Walker Award, Walter Camp Award, and Jim Brown Trophy. During his time at USC, he was recognized as one of the top college football players of his era, earning two national championships, consensus All-America status, the Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Year award, and First Team All-Pac-10 honors.
Although he was the second overall pick in the NFL draft, Bush had his Heisman Trophy revoked in 2010 due to USC’s penalties concerning improper benefits from a sports agent while he was with the Trojans. With the evolving landscape of college football allowing players to be compensated for their name, image, and likeness, the Heisman Trust corrected its earlier mistake and restored Bush’s award. His physical Heisman Trophy is now back at the USC football facility.
