Although Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia is coming to an end, fans shouldn’t be concerned about the wildly successful superhero manga suddenly ceasing to exist. Even if the epilogue portion is nearing the end, it’s difficult to see Shueisha wrap up on one of its most well-liked creations to date. If nothing else, properties like JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and Gundam demonstrate that IPs of this kind can survive outside of the manga medium.
My Hero Academia fans will probably be anxious about the manga’s future and nearing finish. It’s unlikely that the publisher will let it lose popularity so quickly, though, considering the amount of spin-offs it has already garnered.
